Adam has over 13 years of public accounting experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to privately held businesses and their owners. His work focuses on partnerships and other pass-through entities, as well as high-net-worth individuals, including entity structuring, ongoing compliance and transaction support. He works extensively with complex partnership structures, including multi-tier entities and private equity-backed businesses. Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California.
