Andy has over 20 years of experience in accounting firm operations.  He organizes and directs internal operations encompassing technology, recruiting, benefits, marketing and office space planning.  He has helped drive the firm’s current growth which includes the admission of five new partners, a significant increase in employees and a remodeled and expanded office space.  Prior to joining LLME, Andy worked at Gatto, Pope & Walwick, LLP where he oversaw their transition from a paper-based workflow operation to one which maximizes the efficiency and flexibility of paperless technology.
