We’re proud to call San Diego home and embrace community partnerships with a strong sense of responsibility. At the heart of LLME is a commitment to inspire our team to be compassionate citizens who actively contribute to the well-being of our local communities. Giving back to the communities in which we live, work and play is an immense source of joy for the LLME team.

These are the 2023 highlights of the community service events our team participated in:

• We volunteered at a Mega Pet Adoption, one of the largest pet adoption events organized by the San Diego Animal Support Foundation and hosted at La Mesa’s Grossmont Center. These regular events aim to boost pet adoptions from reputable local shelters and rescue agencies.
• LLME once again proudly contributed to Promises2Kids’ annual Give from Your Heart Holiday Gift Drive. Each year, Promises2Kids equips over 3,000 current and former foster youth in San Diego County with the resources, opportunities and guidance necessary to address their entry into foster care, overcome past challenges and flourish into healthy, successful adults. This year, our team again collected new, unwrapped gifts to brighten the holidays for foster youth.
• In November, LLME joined fellow community members for HomeAid San Diego’s 5^th Annual Walk to End Homelessness at De Anza Cove in Mission Bay Park. Taking place during Homeless Awareness Month, this gathering unites social service providers, the public and many across the building and professional service industries to support people impacted by homelessness.

We are grateful for the opportunity to take part in these events that contribute to the well-being of our local community. We’re looking forward to continuing our journey of giving back and fostering positive change in 2024 and beyond!
