LLME is pleased to announce that Larisa Kalugina has joined the firm as a tax manager.

Larisa brings 11 years of public accounting experience providing federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. Her expertise includes complex individual and business tax returns, multi-entity reporting, and advising clients on planning strategies and structural decisions.

She works directly with clients on tax matters, including notice resolution and audit support, and serves as a primary contact on engagements while supervising and mentoring junior staff.

Larisa earned a professional certificate in accounting from UC San Diego Extension and holds a master’s degree in mathematics and economics from South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk, Russia. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California.
