LLME is thrilled to announce that Kaitlyn Prideaux has been promoted to audit manager.

Kaitlyn joined the firm in 2018 as a staff auditor and has spent her entire public accounting career with LLME. Over the past eight years, she has developed extensive experience providing audit, review and compilation services to nonprofit organizations and private companies across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, architecture and engineering, design, franchisors, home health care, and mortgage and foreclosure, as well as 401(k) plan audits.

In her new role as audit manager, Kaitlyn will oversee engagements, supervise staff, and assist team members with technical audit areas while supporting their professional growth. Her work with a diverse client base has strengthened her knowledge of accounting rules and industry-specific regulations, reflecting the depth of experience she has gained at a local firm.

Kaitlyn describes LLME as a place where the people make all the difference. She values the supportive and family-like environment and enjoys the time she and her colleagues spend together both inside and outside the office.

Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from California State University San Marcos. She first interviewed with LLME during her senior year after a recommendation from a professor and joined the firm upon graduation.

She is a member of CalCPA and serves on LLME’s Wellness Committee.
