LLME is pleased to announce that Adam Lemberger has joined the firm as a senior tax manager.
Adam brings 13 years of public accounting experience, providing tax compliance and consulting services to privately held businesses and their owners. His work focuses on partnerships and other pass-through entities, as well as high-net-worth individuals, with experience spanning entity structuring, ongoing compliance, transaction support, and advising clients through ownership changes, restructurings, and liquidity events.
He has extensive experience working with complex partnership structures, including multi-tier entities, private equity-backed businesses, and closely held companies. Adam is known for his ability to translate highly technical tax matters into practical, business-focused guidance, working closely with both clients and internal teams.
Prior to joining LLME, Adam worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, most recently serving as a tax director. At PwC, his work centered on private companies and partnerships, including specialized experience within the firm’s Private Partnership Solutions group, where he supported complex partnership compliance and post-transaction modeling.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California.
As he settles into his new role, Adam looks forward to getting involved across the firm and contributing to LLME’s continued growth.
