At LLME, we believe the future of accounting starts with investing in the next generation. For more than a decade, we’ve awarded scholarships to students pursuing careers in accounting and taxation, recognizing both academic achievement and the dedication required to enter the profession.

This year, we awarded scholarships to students at both the University of San Diego and California State University San Marcos. We were proud to attend the USD Accounting Spring Awards Banquet and continue our long-standing tradition of supporting students across the region.

LLME also contributes to the BKR International Scholarship, a national program in partnership with the AICPA Foundation. This initiative awards scholarships to accounting students across the country and offers BKR firms the opportunity to connect with top talent and strengthen the pipeline of future CPAs.

Our support doesn’t end with scholarships. Throughout the year, LLME participates in campus events, both in person and virtually, to connect with students and share what a career in public accounting can look like. We also offer spring and summer internships in both tax and audit, providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world exposure to client work across a range of industries.

Supporting the next generation of accountants has always been part of our mission. We’re proud to play a role in their career development and look forward to continuing this work in the years ahead.
